A Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request was sent to the Osceola County Election Division on October 30, 2024. The request, made by West Central Michigan News, seeks access to records pertaining to pre-election voting machine test reports.
As part of our commitment to providing comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs, we at West Central Michigan News are seeking detailed information about the pre-election tests conducted on voting machines. The requested data includes the date of testing, the machine manufacturer's name, model number of the machine, and its status indicating whether it passed or failed in the test.
