The City of St. Clair Shores Family Rental Program is accepting applications for an available rental home. Applicants’ incomes must be in accordance with the current HUD Family Size and Income Guidelines (PDF) by being low to moderate income.
Applications will be accepted from February 6, 2023 at 8 a.m. to March 6, 2023 at 4 p.m. All applications must be returned and completed to be considered for the rental unit. Only completed applications will be considered. All required documents must be included with the application. All completed applications must be submitted to the City of St. Clair Shores Community Development Department in City Hall at 27600 Jefferson, St. Clair Shores, MI 48081. Or completed online.
