PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Committee of the Whole of the City of Ludington Council will meet on Monday, February 14, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 400 S. Harrison St, Ludington, Michigan for purpose of Discussion on the City’s Garbage Contract.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that Pursuant to MCL 15.264, MCL 15.269 and City of Ludington Charter Section 6.4, the Official Minutes of the City of Ludington Council Meetings are available at the City Clerk’s Office, 400 S Harrison St. (231) 845-6237.
This Notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 4(a), (b), and Section 5(1), (4), and Section 9(2) of Act 267 of the Public Acts of Michigan, 1976.
