St. Clair Shores Public Library issued the following announcement on Feb 2.
Hoopla Bonus Borrows are here for the month of February! This means that Library patrons can barrow anything from the bonus borrows list without it counting towards their monthly checkouts and at no cost to the Library. If you have not yet tried Hoopla this is the perfect time to try with over 500 different materials available including for kids!
