City of Detroit issued the following announcement on Dec 31.
Please pass this information on to someone in need. There are several locations across the city for people who are experiencing homelessness to escape the frigid temps.

The three facilities above operate daily during the cold weather months including holidays while the fourth center operated by Pope Francis Center at the TCF Center during the morning hours only.
Pope Francis Center at TCF Center (1 Washington Blvd)
Facilities for: Anyone who is homeless
Hours: Monday - Saturday 7am - 11am
