City of Scottville issued the following announcement on Oct 19.
We're happy to report that our community has raised nearly $155,000 in donations and pledges toward this project already! What a wonderful group of friends we have supporting this effort to increase the cultural and economic status of Scottville. Creating this venue and space will provide a point of pride for the residents of Scottville and the surrounding area. It will attract visitors and will help stimulate new economic growth for our great downtown!
