City of Ludington issued the following announcement on Oct 19.
The City of Ludington will hold public hearings on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. at the regular meeting of the Planning Commission at the Municipal Complex, 400 S. Harrison Street, Ludington. The purpose of the public hearings is to obtain citizens’ views on:
1.) 129 W. Ludington Avenue – Special Land Use to allow existing overhang on west side of current building to be rebuilt with new construction.
2.) 2020 City of Ludington Master Plan – To approve the 2020 Master Plan Draft for City Council approval.
3.) Proposed Busking Ordinance text changes
4.) Proposed Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Ordinance
You may express your views on this matter in person at the public hearing or written comments will be accepted by the Planning Department until 5:00 p.m. on November 3, 2021. Additional information can be obtained by contacting the Planning & Zoning Department at (231) 843-2956.
