Yesterday was the final tree planting party of the season at Riverside West and the wellfield on 5th Street. Our thanks to the Muskegon River Watershed Assembly for providing the trees, mulch, stakes, tie downs AND volunteers! Thank you, Lume Cannabis, for providing volunteers and lunch! We could not do this without the support of both groups and we are very grateful. To date, we have planted 177 new native trees in the parks and throughout the City. See y'all next year.
