The Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) is a federal program that can save you $50/month on internet costs.
Working to bridge the digital divide, Detroit's Connect 313 initiative has connected more than 45,000 Detroit households with the EBB program, including the Collins Family.
Mother of five, Myleka Collins says the benefit program is a blessing and helps her children stay connected to school. “It’s helped us to have internet service in our household. It’s made our internet bill cheaper. I am currently not working, so being able to get a discount from EBB has been a tremendous financial help.”
