City of Scottville issued the following announcement on July 11.

Here’s your chance to be part of the progress and success of Scottville.

There is an immediate vacancy on the Scottville City Commission. This is an appointed position until 2024 when the seat is up for election again. Any citizen of Scottville, who has been a resident of the city for at least one year, is eligible.
