Outman and VanderWall announce September coffee hours for constituents

Two state senators are inviting the public to interact with them by announcing new outdoor "coffee hours."

Sen. Rick Outman (R-Six Lakes) has published his coffee hours for this month. Outman will be available to field questions from constituents, as well as provide information and assistance during these times, according to MiSenateGOP. He will also be open to suggestions pertaining to issues affecting the district’s communities and businesses.

No appointment is necessary to attend the coffee hours.

Outman’s upcoming outdoor office hours are as follows: Lakeside Park in Lakeview, Friday, Sept. 18, between 10 and 11 a.m., and Hubscher Park in Sumner the same day between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.

Sen. Curt VanderWall (R-Ludington) is giving residents the opportunity to have a cup of coffee with him as well, according to MiSenateGOP.

VanderWall will meet constituents at the following times and locations: Beulah Village Park in Beulah on Friday, Sept. 18, between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m., and Herman Park in Suttons Bay the same day between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m.

Residents can talk to VanderWall about issues and concerns they may have with the state government.
