Michigan Works West Central issued the following announcement on July 23.
New online resources are available workers who may have been impacted as a result of foreign trade.
The Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity has created a new webpage to connect impacted workers with the many services and benefits available to them through TAA. The program provides resources such as job training, career counseling, wage supplements for older workers, job search and relocation allowances, and income support for workers in approved training programs.
