On Friday, May 2, former Evart High School standout Allyson Theunick’s college team won in an NCAA Division II softball game

On Friday, May 2, former Evart High School standout Allyson Theunick’s current college team, the Grand Valley State Lakers, won 3-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Ferris State Bulldogs.

The game took place at The Dome at Parkway Bank Sports Complex. This was their fifth matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Lakers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, May 3 at 12 p.m. at The Dome at Parkway Bank Sports Complex against Saginaw Valley State Cardinals.
