On Sunday, March 9, former Reed City High School standout Max Hammond’s current college team, the Central Michigan Chippewas, lost 8-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Liberty Flames.

The game took place at Worthington Field at Liberty Baseball Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Flames this season.

The Chippewas’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 5 p.m. at Kennedy Center Field against Marshall Thundering Herd.
