The Central Michigan Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and CMU Athletics Department have announced the finalists for 14 awards to be presented at the upcoming Maroon & Gold Gala. The event, sponsored by Enterprise, will take place on Monday, April 15, at McGuirk Arena starting at 6:30 p.m. ET.
These awards are nominated and voted on by Central Michigan's student-athletes and cover performances from the spring 2023, fall 2023, and winter 2024 seasons. The gala is an annual celebration of Central Michigan Athletics and its more than 400 student-athletes. The formal event includes dinner for attendees who are exclusively Chippewa student-athletes, coaches, and members of the CMU athletics department.
For those unable to attend in person, a live stream will be available to the general public, family members, and friends via a link on www.cmuchippewas.com one day before the event.
