The City of Big Rapids will accept sealed bids for Air Compressor until 2:30 p.m. local time, Monday October 3, 2022, in the Office of the City Treasurer, 226 N. Michigan Avenue, Big Rapids, MI 49307.
Specifications may be obtained in the Office of the Department of Public Works or by downloading them here.
All questions must be submitted in writing which can be sent to smoore@cityofbr.org they must be submitted 48 hours prior to bid opening. All questions and answers will be sent to all interested parties and posted on the City of Big Rapids website and any other advertising websites.
This project is funded by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) and subject to federal and state guidelines.
The City of Big Rapids reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids for sound, documentable, business reasons or to waive informalities, and to award in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
Award will only be to a responsive and responsible firm whose bid, conforms to all the material terms and conditions of the bid. All Bid prices must remain valid for 60 days past the submission deadline.
