BID NOTICE – LUDINGTON MUNICIPAL MARINA E DOCK FOR SALE:
City of Ludington is accepting sealed bids for the sale of E Dock. All equipment/docks will be sold in as is condition and can be viewed at the Ludington Municipal Marina. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope. Deadline to submit the sealed bid is Tuesday, August 30, 2022, at 2pm at the City Clerk’s Office, 400 S. Harrison St. Ludington MI 49431. Timeline:
Ramp and 1st section to be removed by November 15, 2022
Remaining sections to be removed prior to March 15, 2023
ALL EQUIPMENT WILL BE SOLD IN AS IS CONDITION:
E Dock in its entirety (Starting Bid $0)
*Accepted bidder will be solely responsible for the removal of these items in their entirety. Items are not allowed to be stored on premise or any other city property. Items must be removed from property as soon as they are removed from the marina basin.
