Taxpayers please note: For the past 7 years we have accelerated the Winter taxes to the Summer tax bill if the Winter bill was expected to be $100 or less. This year there is a new SMART millage that will not be voted on until November so the City was unable to accelerate the Winter bill. Therefore, all taxpayers will receive both a Summer and Winter tax bill regardless of the amount of the Winter bill.
