Big Rapids Public Schools issued the following announcement on Nov 30.

Thanks to Scott's Body Shop we were able to host another Commendable Cardinals breakfast. The following students were nominated by staff by showing what it means to be a Cardinal

• Emily Seaman (not pictured)
• Alexis Roberts
• Jackson Heethius
• Jake Fredrick
• Jamal Strickland
• Mason Snavley
• Robert Glentz
• Ellie Lupien
• Aiden Jablonski
• David Kaiser

In addition, 6 students were drawn for $15 gift cards and then paid it forward by donating $10 towards a club or activity of their choosing.  Again the $25 each is made possible by Scott's Body Shop.

The 6 students who paid it forward were; Jamal Strickland (football), Jake Fredrick (boys basketball), Mason Snavley (wrestling), Alexi Robert (drama), Jackson Heethuis (boys soccer), Nova Townsend (tba)!  Thank you Commendable Cardinals!
