Chippewa Hills School District issued the following announcement on Nov 7.
All State ALERT! One of the most difficult things for a HS distance runner is to earn all state honors in XC. Many factors play into having a great race against the best competition at the end of the season. Congratulations to Sarah Storey on cementing herself as one of the best in school history, capping off her career in a Warrior XC jersey as an All Stater finishing in a blazing 18:54 and 8th place in the Division 2 State Finals.
To make the day even better, if you remember 1 year ago, we were able to see both Maggie Duba and Sarah on the stage together earning All state honors.
