Chippewa Hills School District issued the following announcement on Oct 30.
Everyday since June this group of ladies have been in for each other. Through the highs and lows, they have worked hard, had grit, determination, and focus. There has been tears, pain, triumph and letdowns. They leaned on each other through the hard times and celebrated together in the victories. In this picture you can see great upperclassmen leaders, young guns ready to take on the world, and a team chemistry that runs deep.
Yesterday they shocked almost everyone in attendance at the regional meet with a team finish higher than anyone would have expected. It shouldn’t have been shocking from our side of things. They exemplify the meaning of fighting to the end! Watch out for these ones they will be the future! On to MIS!
