Fremont Area District Library recently issued the following announcement.
September is Library Card Sign-up Month! This month, if you sign up for a Fremont Library card, you'll get a small prize, and be entered into a grand prize drawing.
Adults who get signed up for their first card will have the chance to win a gift card VERY GENEROUSLY donated by Walmart Fremont - W 48th St for $250! Children who get signed up for a library card will also get a small prize and be entered in a drawing to win a grand prize (to be announced).
As a bonus, if you already have a Fremont card but refer a friend to get one, you can get a small prize too if they come in and tell us you referred them--you'll just need to pick up your prize by October 15th.
