Ludington and Scottville Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement.
Stay home, be safe, and have fun making a homemade scarecrow or snowman that will make your neighborhood smile. All snowmen or scarecrows must be outside by January 25, 2021. Make sure we can see the snowman or scarecrow from the road.
If you live in Mason, Manistee, or Lake County fill out an entry form.
This program is FREE to all special needs fam ilies, group, and nursing homes. The general public and businesses may also enter, but an entry fee of $25 is required. Trophy for
first place and ribbons for 2nd and 3rd places.
Applications must be received by January 20th!
