River Country Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement.
RUN. JOG. WALK.
The 10th Annual St. Nick Kick is a family-friendly 5K /10K run, that also includes a 1 mile walk for all ages.
Race proceeds go to the benefit of the Newaygo High School Cross Country Team.
Several modifications have been made to be able to run a safe and responsible event amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Racers will be given an individual swag bag. Prizes will be given out again for age group and overall winners, but there will not be a formal presentation ceremony as in prior years.
Race pricing includes early registration pricing thru November 15th and includes either a long sleeve cotton t-shirt or a short sleeve tec-shirt.
ChoiceOne Bank employees please list branch or location for unique shirt.
Same day registration is also available at the $35.00 for adults and $25.00 for students (k-12) (t-shirts are not guaranteed for same day registrations).
The annual event now attracts some of the best competitive athletes from around West Michigan.
