Ferris State University issued the following announcement.
As universities and businesses across the country continue to adapt and address concerns regarding the COVID-19 global pandemic, Ferris State University, The Ferris Foundation and the Alumni Association are deeply committed to the health and safety of our communities. We invite you to stay updated on the University’s evolving response to this crisis by visiting ferris.edu/coronavirus.
We are grateful for the outpouring of support we have received from so many of our alumni and friends. During this time of uncertainty, we are directing much of our efforts to help our students who are currently experiencing significant hardships related to food and housing insecurity, loss of income, unanticipated travel expenses, and access to technology in order to fulfill their academic requirements.
Please join our efforts to help our students experiencing these unforeseen challenges by visiting our Student Hardship Fund website. With your support, we can act quickly to provide the assistance needed that will lead to security, peace of mind and academic success for our students.
