On Sunday, April 6, former Big Rapids High School standouts Hanna Smith and Rylie Haist’s current college team, the Ferris State Bulldogs, won 4-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Wisconsin–Parkside Rangers.

The game took place at FSU Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Rangers this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 1 p.m. at GVSU Softball Field against Grand Valley State Lakers.
